ABOUT US | OUR FOOD | OUR WINE
We have created a wine country restaurant that focuses on American Cuisine with a fresh approach to classic dishes and a comforting home-cooked appeal. By taking the best local ingredients, some of which are grown on our own Eastside Farm, and supplementing them with Artisan products from other parts of the country, such as stone ground grits from Falls Mill in Tennessee, we have crafted a unique version of American Home Cooking.

In the years since opening we have created our own pantry of foods made “in house” by us. We hand-craft our own bacon, pastrami, sausages and ham hocks; make our own catsup, pickles from our own cucumbers, sauerkraut, fresh mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, breads, jellies, ice creams and sorbets. Hamburgers are ground “in house” daily and served on house made buns. In the summer, our BLT is made with lettuce and tomatoes which we grow, bacon that we cure and smoke, house made mayonnaise and served on bread we bake here.

Our menus change often and reflect our commitment to seasonal, local items. We make the extra effort to offer you the freshest and best food possible.
